Toner Hopper
The small container built into the removable casing which houses the toner that is applied to the page.
Doctor Blade
Ensures the precise amount of toner is always distributed to the Developer or Magnetic Roller.
Developer or Magnetic roller
Transfers toner to the OPC Drum. Also called a Magnetic Roller in systems using magnetic toner where a magnet attracts toner (containing magnet-ite) for transfer to the drum.

Conditions or charges the OPC prior to laser-writing the image. This is accomplished by apply-ing a uniform negative charge. The PCR also discharges or “erases” the laser image.

A multi-film layered aluminum drum, precision ground to extremely close tolerances to ensure the optimum circular surface. Because the quality of the surface of the OPC Drum is the most reliable way of ensuring the overall quality of the cartridge, We use only new OPC Drums.
